The challenge

Gamerly emerged from a clear market opportunity identified by an experienced e-sports industry veteran. The founder recognized a significant gap in the market: the absence of a user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing platform for cryptocurrency-based e-sports wagering. They needed a partner who could deliver a secure, scalable solution with exceptional UX/UI - and deliver it quickly.

Our solution

We developed a comprehensive platform with three core components:

1. Secure Cryptocurrency Infrastructure

• Developed a robust smart contract system using Solidity, Hardhat, and Infura
• Implemented secure USDC deposits and withdrawals supporting multiple wallet types
• Built-in automated profit collection system for platform revenue
• Enhanced reliability with self-correction mechanisms and Ethereum re-org handling

2. Advanced Web Platform

The platform was built using Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend), with particular emphasis on user experience:

• Real-time leaderboard system powered by Redis, offering dynamic filtering and time-based rankings
• Comprehensive global search functionality utilizing Meilisearch with database integration
• Context-aware notification system with email integration
• Live player and match tracking through Redis
• Optimized performance with loading skeletons and optimistic updates
• Smooth animations and transitions for enhanced user engagement

3. Empowering Admin Portal

To ensure operational independence, we created a comprehensive React-based admin dashboard that allows non-technical staff to:

• Configure and manage games
• Establish complex rule sets
• Monitor user activity
• Implement moderation controls
• Manage platform content without developer interventio
